This very charming vintage ex-voto, dedicated to Sr. Telpanzingo, translates as follows:
I gives thanks to El Sr. Telpanzingo for having saved me from a dangerous operation which the doctors said I would not survive. I was operated on October 27 of 1974 by the doctors: Cruz Zarate, Ponce de Leon y Puente." Signed Aurora Diaz.
