#4878 - La Huida a Egipto

This classic 19th century retablo on heavy gauge tin represents "La Huida a Egipto." The Flight into Egypt depicts Saint Joseph, Mary and Baby Jesus fleeing into Egypt after learning that King Herod had planned a massacre in order to kill Jesus. The retablo is attributed to Agustin Barajas - the so called 'Skimpy Painter.'

Dimensions: measures 14 inches x 10 inches.

Condition: excellent with only minor paint loss.
