This 19th century retablo, perhaps unique unto itself, represents the 'Heavenly and Earthly Sacred Family.' In the foreground, the Sacred Family is represented by Jesus as a young boy, with Joseph and Mary at his side. In the background, Joseph and Mary are represented again, this time as heavenly figures after the Crucifixion. The Espiritu Santo, represented in the form of a white dove, is surrounded by a wonderful aura of radiant orange light.
