This charming 19th century retablo painting, dated 1885, represents San Jose, patron saint of family, fathers and carpenters. The retablo is nicely painted, framed by a vignette with flower blossoms in each corner, and an inscription in the lower quadrant which translates as follows: Saint Joseph, spouse of Mary. 1885.
