A rare 18th century Mexican six panel cedar wood coffer with original iron lock-plate, flanked by a pair of jaguars and surrounded by mudejar influenced marquetry design. Overall with excellent wear and beautiful patina. Oaxaca - circa 1775. 

Dimensions: 34 inches long x 17 inches wide x 18.5 inches high.
